About Us

Navigating the Healthcare System

TMCS CC was founded by Mr. Jeffrey T King, RN, MBA, MSN in an effort to assist individuals and families to navigate the complex healthcare system and access community-based and social support services. Through common aspirations to serve the community, Mr. King met Mr. John Ramirez who had founded Conscience Research Institute (CRI) with a mission to provide resiliency, self-confidence, social emotional learning and raise emotional intelligence for fathers and sons. TMCS CC and CRI immediately formed an alliance to provide the comprehensive range of services provided under the TMCS CC organization and expand the availability of care coordination and the iDad program.

Bridging the Gap

The TMCS Community Care mission is to build bridges to close the gap between individuals or families and the health and social resources they need, ensuring equitable access to community and public services to ultimately improve communities.

Community Service at the Core

Both founders of TMCS Community Care, Inc are devoted members of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and both devote themselves to community service and uplift to the community.  TMCS CC is rooted in this commitment to community.
