Through a generous donation from Brother Osuman Issaka, 34th 8th District Representative of 9,600 pounds of meat products, TMCSCC is supporting a Free Food GIVEAWAY on Saturday, June 29th at 8AM at the Kings Forest Recreation Center.

MEN'S CIRCLE - DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS
TMCSCC will host a Men's Circle based on the iDAD program. The topic is "Difficult Discussions" - Do you have an Advanced Directive, Living Will, Insurance? How do you handle stress & anxiety? What is your self-care routine? Join the men of Omega in a safe zone for open discussion and support on Saturday, June 29th at 11AM and 1PM at the King's Forest Recreation Center.
